Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Emberwarm belt. If something isn't right, here's how returns work:
Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
How to start a return
Email emberwarm26@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, items that have been used against bare skin cannot be returned unless defective.
